Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Katia verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Im Kühlschrank standen bereits verschiedene Basislebensmittel bereit, dazu frisches Obst, ein selbst gebackener Zitronenkuchen und eine Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung, eine wirklich liebevolle Geste. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Eigentümerin: Sie ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um jedes Detail. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Villa Katia uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks in July with the family for my husbands big birthday , what a fantastic holiday we had . A beautiful villa , very spacious , clean , fully equipped with everything you need , perfect views from every window and the sunsets are amazing . The games room by the pool is an added bonus and kept the grandchildren occupied ! Maja is a super host , always willing to help with anything you need . Maja even brought a birthday cake to the villa for my husbands birthday ! Would definately recommend this villa for a perfect relaxing chilled holiday . 15 min walk into Lassi where there are are some lovely bars & restaurants . Near to Argostoli too , well worth a visit . We definately hope to return , thank you again Maja , super time had by us all Sue , Chris & Family

Kathy and Stelios are awesome the accommodations are above and beyond if you’re on the island and you want pizza no better place to come the pizza is like your dining in New York City. If you really want to hit it out of the park have their Dubai Pizza it is unbelievable.

An amazing stay at the Villa on our holiday to Greece last year. What a beautiful site with stunning views. Lush rooms, with open and luxurious shared spaces. Best of all though was the service. Our host went well above and beyond expectations and helped when we needed it. I felt such a sense of manaakitanga – hospitality – it felt like home.

Το σπίτι/μεζονέτα έχει ότι χρειαστείτε, τεράστιους χώρους, όλες τις παροχές, πολύ μεγάλα μπαλκόνια, πισίνα με εξαιρετική θέα και κλειστό πάρκινγκ, σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε όταν επισκεφτούμε πάλι το νησί😊

Η φιλοξενία άψογη Το σπιτι απίθανο κ Αρκετά μεγαλο να φιλοξενήσει πολλά ζευγάρια

Στα 900 μέτρα από το κέντρο του Αργοστολίου μία καταπληκτική πολυτελέστατη!! ευρύχωρη πεντακάθαρη!! Με δική της πισίνα playroom με μπιλιάρδο ποδοσφαιράκι και αίθουσα με μεγάλο σκάκι και δικό της εσωτερικό πάρκινγκ. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί υπερβολικά εξυπηρετικοί καί στην πρώτη μέρα σου παρέχουν τα πάντα (καφέ,νερά, φρούτα, κρασί και ένα καταπληκτικό κέικ Κεφαλονιτικο) ώστε να περάσεις τέλεια τις διακοπές σου με μία υπερβολική ωραία θέα από την βερανταυ βλέποντας έναν υπέροχο κόλπο με παραλία καί το υπόλοιπο νησί απέναντι. ΑΝΕΠΙΦΎΛΑΧΤΑ ΑΝ ΜΠΟΡΕΊΤΕ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΤΕΊΤΕ ΤΟ !!!!!

We had the most incredible week in Villa Katia. From the moment we set foot inside, we were mesmerised by the view that stretches from huge picture windows across the whole of the first floor living area. The sunsets from here and the charming balcony are world class. The view is of the channel going in towards Argostoli. So spacious and well appointed, the villa has everything you could want, plus super modern and immaculate. The glass fence around the pool allows you to see the sea as you sunbathe. We loved the table football too. There is a fantastic beach and some bars at the bottom of the hill in Lassi. Most exceptional though is the kind hearted hospitality and genuine warmth we experienced from Spiros and Maja. I couldn’t believe it – one night Spiros came out on his motorbike just to help my parents select Captain Corelli to watch on the TV. Spiros was full of great recommendations and local inside knowledge. He treated us more like friends than paying guests. A truly wonderful experience and we hope to return next year!!
